Your Challenge:

  1. Exercising to exhaustion releases a massive spike in dopamine and serotonin. Challenge yourself at least three times per week with a “life or death” level strength training workout.
  2. Be mindful this Holiday of the amount of alcohol you consume. It has a negative effect on your chemical balance and therefor you attitude and susceptibility to depression.
  3. Your real significance comes from your ability to look beyond yourself and lend a helping hand.  Find a way to reach out and help someone else in need of support.
